I’m Prasanna Narayanan. I’ve spent 20 years in technology, mostly in financial services, leading architecture teams and building practices across Europe.

I write here about what I’m learning, what I’m thinking through, and occasionally what I’ve got wrong. Topics tend to cover architecture leadership, AI, open source, and the messy reality of driving architecture across different clients.

Why ‘Patchy Progress’?

The name “Patchy Progress” is intentional. Nobody learns in a straight line, and I’d rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
